Thanks to the work of Jamaica PCS and SOGET teams, since September 2021, SOGET TAS (Truck Appointement System) is fully operational at the Kingston Freeport Terminal Limited (KFTL) and Kingston Wharves Limited (KWL).
Since the beginning of April 2020, all import, transhipment and export flows in the ports of Kingston and Montego Bay are now fully processed in S ONE. Totally interfaced with the information systems of the private sector, the Jamaican Customs (ASYCUDA) and the e-Gov online payment platform, S ONE in Jamaica, is the first Port Community System 100 % operated on Microsoft Azure Cloud. It connects some 950 economic players and covers 85% of foreign trade. SOGET and Jamaica PCS, are now working on the launch of air flows and Truck Appointments System.
