S)ONE, the made-in-France digital platform for logistics players, scores
points on the international scene!

This is a crucial step in the implementation of our digital platform in Jamaica’s ports and airports: Our S)ONE Port Community System (PCS) – also being deployed in France – is now fully operational for Jamaican maritime flows.

Indeed, with the full launch of the maritime export module at the beginning of April 2020, all import, transshipment and export processes of the ports of Kingston and Montego Bay (30 Mt of goods, including 1.83 million TEUs in 2018) are now fully digitized within S)ONE and completely interfaced with the Information Systems of the private sector, Jamaican Customs (ASYCUDA) and the e-Gov online payment platform.

S)ONE in Jamaica is the first PCS to be 100% based in Microsoft Cloud Azure. The platform connects 950 economic players in Jamaica and covers 85% of foreign trade.

The SOGET and local operator Jamaica PCS teams, assisted by our partner CEI.BA from Guadeloupe, are now working on the launch of the airfreight flows and the Truck Appointment System.
