SOGET is committed on a daily basis to advancing professional equality between women and men.

The Gender Equality Index was designed by the french Ministry of Labor as a simple and practical tool to end gender inequality in the workplace and allows companies to measure the gender pay gap. It also highlights the areas for improvement when these disparities are unjustified.

With a final score of 91/100, SOGET shares this year an improved score of 10 points for 2020!

It should be noted that this final score out of 100 points is broken down by indicator as follows:

  1. Compensation gap: 37
  2. Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35
  3. Return from maternity leave: not calculable
  4. High pay: 5

In application of ministerial directives concerning companies with at least 50 employees, SOGET has also communicated this overall score, with details of the various indicators, to the company’s Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and to the labour inspectorate (Direccte).
