75 years of the Port Authority of Abidjan

On the occasion of this anniversary, we are proud to celebrate not only the success of the Port of Abidjan, a strategic driver of trade in West Africa, but also our long-standing partnership in port digitalization and innovation.
Since its creation, the Port Autonome d’Abidjan has continued to transform and expand.

Extension of port infrastructure and modernization of terminals.
Continuous increase in capacity, allowing it to receive ever larger ships.
Significant increase in traffic, consolidating its role as a regional maritime hub and an essential gateway for West Africa.

A look back at a long-standing partner of SOGET for 13 years:

• 2012: SOGET deploys a new-generation solution dedicated to ship call management and fee billing (POS), tailored to the needs of the Port Authority of Abidjan.
• 2012–2021: 10 years of continuous development, with regular updates to meet operational requirements.
• Since 2022: Creation of the easyport economic interest group (EIG) to develop the product into easyPOS, a more comprehensive, collaborative, and innovative solution.
• 2025: Migration from SOGET POS to easyPOS easyport.

Together, we are supporting the expansion of the Port of Abidjan, a key player in regional economic development and a symbol of logistical performance and openness to the world.
