On the occasion of the progressive reopening of the premises, the SOGET Support team welcomes you again on +33 2 35 19 25 70.All assistance requests are handled from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 6.30pm CET via the three dedicated channels: the secure Client space: https://helpdesk.soget.fr , the help[@soget.fr] email service and the telephone (until 5.30pm). In order to optimise the processing of their file, users are invited to provide all relevant references and documents. The SOGET teams are 100% mobilised to guarantee 100% service.
